The same way we treat you at the table: attentively, and without watching you eat.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, loads nothing from anyone else’s servers — no tracking pixels, no embedded maps, no external fonts — and contains no photographs. Every image is drawn. Every file comes from this house.
Two things live in your own browser, if you use them: your choice of Giorno or Sera, and an unsent reservation draft, kept so a closed laptop does not cost you a half-written request. Both stay on your device; both vanish when you clear your browser’s storage; neither is visible to us.
When you send a reservation request, it travels as email to riservazioni@vespro.restaurant and is read by a person — Agnese, usually. We keep correspondence for as long as hospitality requires and the law obliges, and we use it for nothing but your table. We never sell, share or “enrich” it. Allergy notes are kept only while they can keep you safe.
Our host may keep technical logs (as every host does) for security; we do not extend, analyse or cross-reference them.
Your rights under the GDPR — access, correction, erasure, the rest — are honoured by writing to the same address. No forms, no portals: a sentence will do.
