La sala
Sala del Capitolo
The chapter house, where the monks once spoke their one daily hour, now holds the whole of dinner under its vault. Nine tables, candlelight from the garden’s own wax, and no music but the room.
Ospitalità · Gli spazi & Le Celle
Four rooms for the evening, five cells for the night. The house is small on purpose: everything in it can be reached by the sound of the same bell.

Il giardino
The evening opens and closes here, between box hedges and the seven herbs. In clear weather the fog sea performs below; in rain, the arcade keeps you dry and the ritual keeps its shape.
La tavola privata
The prior’s writing room, one table, the kitchen visible through the old serving hatch. The grand menu, the pairing, and the evening’s menu inked by hand before you leave.
Sotto
Nine metres down, twelve and a half degrees: the cellar visit before dinner or between the eleventh and twelfth toll, by candle, with Pietro.
Le Celle · cinque suite
Five cells on the south corridor, restored to their 1642 proportions — each named for what its window sees, because that is the only television in the house. Breakfast is from the garden and the hives; the valley is usually white until ten.
The window: the nebbiolo parcel falling south, and the fog sea beyond.
€680 B&B
The window: the hazel wood that names the family and fills the thirteenth toll.
€680 B&B
The window: the walled garden, the hives, Michele at six in the morning.
€680 B&B
The window: the spring court, whose water is the house’s own, still or sparkling.
€680 B&B
The tower suite, under the bell itself: two floors, the whole compass of the Langhe, and the first toll a floor above your breakfast.
€1.150 B&B
Cells are offered first to the evening’s dinner guests. Ask for a cell in the notes of your reservation — Agnese answers personally, within the day.
Eventi & privatizzazioni
For a wedding of twenty-two, a table of six in the Scriptorium, or the whole house silent around your own people — the certosa closes for one party at a time, never two. These evenings are arranged in conversation, not by form.
